Pursuant to Section 6-1-80 of the S.C. Code of Laws, public notice is hereby given that the James Island Public Service District Commission will hold a public hearing on an Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 2015-002 Managing Solid Waste, a Resolution Managing Solid Waste and a Wastewater Collection System Use and Rate Resolution.

Our offices will be closed Thursday, November 24, 2022, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Thursday’s trash collection will occur on Wednesday, November 23rd. If you have a Wastewater emergency, please call 843.795.2345.

Due to large amounts of vegetative debris from Hurricane Ian, we are suspending bulk debris pickup until Monday, Oct 10th. Please remember to bag all small debris and cut limbs to length. We appreciate your patience during the clean up process!
